Prep Time 10 minutes mins
Freeze time 6 hours hrs
- 2 cups cherries, pitted
- 1/4 cup orange juice (or any juice you like), or more depending on how juicy your cherries are
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp honey (or more, depending on how sweet your want your lemonade)
- 2 tbsp sugar (or more, depending on how sweet your want your lemonade)
In a blender, combine cherry juice and orange juice and blend until smooth.
In a small pitcher, combine lemon juice, honey and sugar. Stir well to dissolve, then stir in 2 cups of water.
If you want layers, fill your popsicle molds halfway with the cherry mixture. Put in the freezer standing upright to freeze about 4 hours. Then add the lemonade and freeze until totally solid. If you don't mind mixing the two, pour them both into the popsicle molds.
Freeze popsicles until totally solid, about 4 hours. Store the excess cherry juice and lemonade for more popsicles later (or drink it). To easily de-mold the popsicles, run them under hot water for a minute.
