Berry and Avocado Smoothie Bowls

A different version of the millennial favorite acai bowl, these berry and avocado smoothie bowls are the perfect nutrient packed breakfast or lunch.

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen berries (use your favorite)
  • 1/2 medium avocado, diced
  • 1-2 cup milk, as needed (use your preferred type of milk)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey (more as needed)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

For topping

  • peanut butter
  • granola
  • fresh berries

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to the blender. Start with 1 cup of milk, and add more as needed until everything is smoothly blended but still thick enough to spoon up. Add more honey or peanut butter as desired.
  • Top smoothies with peanut butter, granola, fresh berries and honey and serve.
