Berry and Avocado Smoothie Bowls
A different version of the millennial favorite acai bowl, these berry and avocado smoothie bowls are the perfect nutrient packed breakfast or lunch.
- 2 cups frozen berries (use your favorite)
- 1/2 medium avocado, diced
- 1-2 cup milk, as needed (use your preferred type of milk)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey (more as needed)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
For topping
- peanut butter
- granola
- fresh berries
Add all ingredients to the blender. Start with 1 cup of milk, and add more as needed until everything is smoothly blended but still thick enough to spoon up. Add more honey or peanut butter as desired.
Top smoothies with peanut butter, granola, fresh berries and honey and serve.
