Chorizo Chips with Corn Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • thinly sliced cured chorizo
  • corn salsa (your favorite brand)

Instructions
 

  • Make chorizo chips by air frying thinly sliced salami at 350 until crispy, about 10 minutes. Allow chorizo chips to rest before assembling; they will continue to crisp up.
  • Assemble by topping chorizo chips with a dollop of corn salsa.
