- thinly sliced cured chorizo
- corn salsa (your favorite brand)
Make chorizo chips by air frying thinly sliced salami at 350 until crispy, about 10 minutes. Allow chorizo chips to rest before assembling; they will continue to crisp up.
Assemble by topping chorizo chips with a dollop of corn salsa.
