Cooke Butter Turmeric Latte
Turmeric lattes have tons of health benefits and are perfect for people like me who don't love coffee. The addition of cookie butter amps up the warm spices in this already cozy drink.

- 2 cups milk of choice (cow, soy, almond, coconut, any milk works here)
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger (or a 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, grated)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of black pepper
- 1-2 tbsp cookie butter (depending on desired sweetness)
- whipped cream and ground cinnamon (optional) for serving
In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk all ingredients. Bring to a a very brief boil and lower to a simmer. Simmer for five minutes.
Strain turmeric latter into two cups. Top with whipped cream and ground cinnamon.
