Easy Sesame Ginger Dressing
Sesame ginger dressing hits all the notes you want on a salad. It's sweet, tangy, spicy and nutty, and so easy to whip up with ingredients you probably already have on hand.

fresh ginger, grated or minced

soy sauce

lime juice

black vinegar or rice wine vinegar*

white wine vinegar

sesame oil

vegetable oil

honey

sesame seeds
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well to combine. Serve over avocado salad, cabbage slaw, cucumber salad, or whatever you like!
Notes
*Black vinegar will give your dressing more umami flavor, but if not available you can substitute with rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar.
