Easy Sesame Ginger Dressing

Sesame ginger dressing hits all the notes you want on a salad. It's sweet, tangy, spicy and nutty, and so easy to whip up with ingredients you probably already have on hand.

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated or minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (1 lime)
  • 1 tsp black vinegar or rice wine vinegar*
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well to combine. Serve over avocado salad, cabbage slaw, cucumber salad, or whatever you like!

Notes

*Black vinegar will give your dressing more umami flavor, but if not available you can substitute with rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar.
