The ultimate hangover food with beans, avocado, tomatoes and cilantro working to get your body back on track after a night of drinking.
Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 tablespoon red onion, diced
  • cilantro, minced
  • ½ cup red beans
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Meat of choice (bacon, sausage, chorizo), cooked and crispy
  • 2 tortillas
Instructions
  1. Cook eggs your favorite way (scrambled, over easy, sunny side up) and melt cheddar cheese on top. Top each tortilla with avocado, beans, meat, tomato, onion, egg and cilantro. Devour and feel the hangover melt away.
